Sony Customer Service

I really do love my playsation 3, but Sony has a horrible customer service department.

I sent in the following question

Is there any way you can view your trophies online using a web browser?

It would be pretty cool if you could see your trophies and compare our trophies with others.
It would also be cool if there were an API for accessing trophy information for a user on the playstation network.

I’d love to show off my playstation trophies on a website, or at least on the psn website.

We appreciate your enthusiasm and continued support for our PlayStation(R) family line of products. As you may have guessed, Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) receives great suggestions from our consumers, as well as from our own employees, and employees of our affiliates, on a daily basis.

This may just be a typo where Richard S left out the word not in his response, but either way I have no easy way to coorespond with this Richard S, and I really don’t feel like calling Consumer Services and waiting on hold for the rest of my life.

So either it’s a typo, or the feature I want exists and I have no idea how to use this feature.

Oh well….
